Join us for an ethnography webinar where we will go beyond "work as imagined" to understand how work is done for embedded healthcare human factors practitioners. You will hear from a panel of three embedded HF practitioners and one professor of cultural anthropology. The panel will share their experiences, mistakes, and insights on how they conduct observations without scaring their observees.
